Customer Service
We are looking for young and energetic people to join our company for the vacant position in Customer Service.

  • To manage, monitor & coordinate all customer service related activities pertaining to Air/Ocean shipments which include customer, shipping agents, principals, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Dealing with carriers, transporters for arrangement on rates & required service booking.
  • To attend to customer & network office needs & enquiries for airfreight / sea-freight on a timely basis & prompt status updates.
  • To coordinate with sales & operation for shipment arrangements and customer forecast & requirements
  • To manage & monitor shipments in order to ensure accurate documentation, costing & timely billing
  • Conduct data entry, maintain & complete updated records/data in related systems to ensure accurate reports are drawn timely to meet internal & external KPIs.
