join our company for the vacant position in Customer Service.
- To manage, monitor & coordinate all
customer service related activities
pertaining to Air/Ocean shipments which
include customer, shipping agents,
principals, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Dealing with carriers, transporters for
arrangement on rates & required service
booking.
- To attend to customer & network office
needs & enquiries for airfreight /
sea-freight on a timely basis & prompt
status updates.
- To coordinate with sales & operation for
shipment arrangements and customer forecast
& requirements
- To manage & monitor shipments in order
to ensure accurate documentation, costing &
timely billing
- Conduct data entry, maintain & complete
updated records/data in related systems to
ensure accurate reports are drawn timely to
meet internal & external KPIs.
